Wind Speed Plot

Looking at this plot we notice a slightly difference between the wind speed in the Northern Hemisphere than the Southern Hemisphere. Since the Southern Hemisphere has more water than land and since this data was collected based on cities only, it is hard to make a conclusion based on this data. In order to make a valid conclusion we will have to gather more information and analyze it based on the wind type, altitude, season etc.
